Taiwo Alli, the Executive Director, Western Metal Products Company (WEMPCO) Group, owners of Lagos Oriental Hotel, on Wednesday in a statement published by Premium Times formally acknowledged that there was an attack on its property by hoodlums.
Mr. Alli quoted The Managing Director of the hotel Lawrence Tung stating “We assure our numerous clients and partners that we are working to ensure that normalcy returns to the hotel,” debunking the rumor that the hotel was set ablaze.
